Everyone is very friendly, particularly my stylists - Jennifer and Cassie! The products are great, and I have been happy with my shampoo and conditioner that I am using for my newly bald head.

Efficient and not that expensive. It's not as good as some local shops, but it's cheaper and easier to get a walk in, and I'm not great at booking ahead

I only get my haircut every 6 months or so, so i tend to have a different stylist each time. In my experience across a handful of Floyd's locations, all of the stylists have been great to talk to, welcoming, skilled at communicating what I want from my haircut, relaxing, and talented at what they do.
