Loved the ease of making an appointment for both my kiddos at the same time. All of the staff were so welcoming and kind and both Cindy and Michelle were great with my kids and really listened to their wants. Fun environment and skilled staff and we will be back!

I would have given a ten but the music is too loud as it is every time. I get that you’re setting a vibe but I can’t hear what the hairdresser is saying and it’s frustrating.
The customer service is always exceptional. Veronica is one of a kind. Always listens to exactly what we want, and makes it happen. We Always get the look and cut we ask for. The front desk is so very helpful and accommodating. We love this Floyds location.

The head shape is amazing, several different hot towel treatments, nice to be pampered from time to time.
The front desk team was also perfect, greeted me with a smile and help me find the right product with the cashier and an off duty stylist.
