The hairdresser (Erin) that cut my son’s hair was incredible. Attentive, listened, and was friendly. He has very curly hair, and has struggled in the past. He’s so excited to go back to see her, because she knew what she was doing and listened to him.

Jackie always gives me an excellent haircut. She asks the right questions to make sure that I will be happy with the result.she checks in throughout the haircut to make sure we are on the same page, which is probably why I always leave the experience feeling so great!
She is good at small talk and it does not feel forced. If we sit in silence for a bit, that is always okay too.
