True professionalism

One thing that drives me bananas. This is the second time. First time, I arrived early for appointment. All others went in front of us. I went up and asked what was happening. Apparently, I was assigned to a stylist but her cut was taking longer. 45 minutes after appointment finally got haircut. This time arrived on time. Thinking you all opened at 10. Anyway arrived and checked in. Others arrived after us late. The others were waited upon immediately and we were waiting again about 15/20 min. This time I quickly asked if we were checked in. I never selected a stylist just asked for first available. What am I doing wrong? I can see if I asked for a stylist and they happen to run behind. Then yes I would need to wait.

T is and has been a fantastic barber. Focuses on the details!

Erin did a great job telling me what was going on or being done and was an amazing person to bring a haircut I was nervous to get done . She made sure it was up to my satisfaction and was 11/10 amazing overall!

Good cut for a fair price

I enjoy the staff and the environment. The experience is fresh and enjoyable.

Downside, $40 for a old man haircut is a significant amount but the towel and neck shave are a welcome experience. I am battling high inflation and my budget has significantly shrank as groceries and food have risen almost 50%.
