The people are always very welcoming and friendly, when I walk in most of them know me as I've been coming to Floyd's for about 10 years now, they greet me by my name. The recommendations on the products are always on point. And the services are great and always asked for a Shampoo or shoulder massage. It's great service for sure, thats why I keep going back!

Evan, a stylist at the Leetsdale location. Provides 1st rate service, knows my hairs' quirks inside and out, how to manage them, and which products to sell me to get the exact look I want. He's also just a great guy to chat with.
Store also offers Reuzel, which has always worked great for me and offers a one stop shop for everything I need.
I've been a faithful customer at this location for a while now and have never been given a reason to consider anywhere else.
