The general vibe of Floyd’s is gnarly, from the music to the art on the walls, the vibe is great. Mike was my barber when I went, and he just knows what to do, he doesn’t mess around or pretend to know what he is doing. I was also in and out in around 20 minutes, with a cut that I really like.

I feel Terrible not remembering her name but the Latina lady who cut my hair was the best. I enjoyed her talking to me about her son and she did amazing on my haircut!! Definitely will recommend you guys

The stylist Kaitlyn K. was very knowledgeable and experienced. I recently changed my hair style and adapting to how to properly maintain it was important. My only issue was when I receive a discount through my web account. Why did that not get sent to the Floyds on Leetsdale when I checked out. I had to convince them I received the discount and did it when I set up my appointment with my online account, need to do better Floyds. If you want to drive customers to the Web site accounts they need to be reliable and the information forwarded to the stylists.

The number one reason I go here is that out of the hair places I can afford, this is the one where I feel safest and most welcome as a gender non-conforming person. I also get consistently better haircuts here than at other places in a similar price range, and all the people who have cut my hair have been fun to chat with. For this cut my barber was Evan. He did a fantastic job with my hair, even managing to get my weird, unruly waves to form a nice shape instead of sticking at random directions! But what struck me most is how he approaches barbering as a way to care for the well-being of the people in his community. What a beautiful human being!
