Terri A. Good stylist and very customer service oriented. Previously Had been with same stylist for two years, but when she left, I was assigned different stylists on two occasions and both did really poor job. Decided to try one last time and got Terri A. Told her about previous bad cuts. She apologized for those and told me this cut’s on me. She did a terrific job and literally kept me as a Floyd’s customer. She is a real asset to you.

I love the hair products they always help me style my hair and make it feel healthy. The atmosphere is always amazing and I love the music that plays. The hairstylists and even the people checking people in are always so friendly and comforting.
