This Lakewood location was great. I ended up going there, 30 minutes from my home, because of bad experiences that I’ve had at the Wadsworth/Littleton, location. I was very happy with the customer service, and the haircut was great also. Teri was very polite and gave me a great haircut. I also appreciated the host at the front desk. She was 10 times better than the host at the Littleton or Southglenn locations. Which aren’t very helpful at all. If it weren’t for my last experience at the Lakewood location, I would never go to Floyd’s again. Double booking so my reservation gets canceled, closing early, everyone quitting, and no hospitality whatsoever are the issues at the other two locations

I’ll always go where Zac goes he’s the best. I will say the only thing I would go back to is the 30 minute cuts instead of the 20 minute cuts seems rushed and more about quantity instead of quality.
