I appreciate the ability to schedule online, and up to 2 weeks in advance, as well as the ability to walk in. I like the Floyd’s line of hair products I’ve used before as well as the alternative options that are carried. Most of all I like my stylist who is super fun to talk to and does an awesome job cutting my hair.
Love the character of each shop. Barbers all have a fun and unique personality, and I’ve never walked out with a bad haircut. Plus band posters and good music always playing!

I had a bad experience with a haircut. Korin at the Broadway store responded immediately, set me up with adifferent person and fixed everything. They worked around my schedule and were very understanding. I was very satisfied with the response and the new haircut. I will continue to always go to the Broadway store and it was a pleasure to communicate with Korin.
