I like the products however the service has been inconsistent. The last two times I got a shampoo- the first person put the hot towel around my head after the shampoo. The most recent time they did the shampoo before my haircut and put the hot towel under my neck as a pad. I am not sure what the proper process is? They have always done haircut, shampoo with towel on my face.

Great haircut. Product I want is not available, manager says corporate decides what products are carried. Apparently doing a special order is not possible or if it is this manager is not willing to do it.

How queer friendly the environment is. How nice your barbers are. How everyone I’ve seen always does an amazing job! Mazy cut my hair this last time and he was so wonderful and gave me hair styling tips!
