The app is super convenient. I always get in on time. The music is great. Everyone is nice.
Seems like prices have been raised many times in the recent past. As a customer who uses Floyd’s regularly, it is noticeable and frustrating when the price increases. I understand that there are pressures that influence this, but if it increases again I might look elsewhere.

Recently my local Floyd's barbershop was not only able to squeeze me in for a beard trim and clean up, despite the online site saying full, but the service was top notch. All my beard lines came out natural looking yet clean, and no random hairs standing out for the world to see. Even cleaned up the back of my neck with straight razor for just an add on fee. Location has a nice vibe and in and out in a short time frame.
