CONSISTENCY. I once couldn't get an appointment booked in time so I opted for a different barbershop and they really dropped the ball. That was 5 years ago. Aside from one instance when I was working on a long-term project in Michigan in 2019, I have not visited a barbershop that wasn't a Floyd's location.
