Never had a bad experience at Floyd’s. The stylists/experts are always professional, friendly, and receptive to feedback. Your barber wants to understand what you envision for your hairstyle. They’re committed to executing and bringing that vision to life. During a cut, nothing makes me more confident than when my stylists pauses frequently to check in, and makes sure we’re still on the same page.
