This was the best experience I had! Mercedes was awesome! She made me feel really comfortable and gave me really good suggestions. I wasn’t really sure what I wanted just that I wanted it short. It turned out amazing! She also let me know I could donate my hair and where I could do that! I’m thankful that I picked her and will be going back to her from now on!

My stylist was amazing. Even though Floyd’s has a “25 min per customer policy” (absolutely horrible idea, btw), Jayleian (sp?) was thoughtful and careful, making sure at numerous points throughout the cut that we were heading in the right direction. After about thirty five minutes, I walked out with the best haircut I’ve had since… well, ever, I think. I’ll be going back because of her fantastic skills and customer service. Pay her some mo’!
