Selection and services.
I was only ordering a small amount of steel for my hobby lathe and Daniel was very friendly and helpful. The only downside was selection for what I was looking for was somewhat limited, but I ordered in person, not on line. I’m sure if I had ordered ahead of time, they could have gotten other stock in.
Being able to order in custom sizing and quickly really makes all the difference for me.

I had a response time within a couple business hours, and the small amount of back and forth to get my questions answered was friendly and efficient. I was able to place an order quickly and my beams were ready faster than expected. The pickup was also very efficient and they helped me load my beams into my truck. Im a small time fabricator but the crew at metal supermarket treats me like a big time shop. They always say even the smallest order or project is important. They have always gone out of there way to make sure I get what I need. If they dont have it they can get it and are happy to order it for you.
