Customer service is top shelf at metal supermarkets! I worked with Chris to place my order and when I went to pick it up, I found Chris was every bit as nice in person as he was on the phone. Everything was correct and packaged. Will work with this store again!
I needed only 4 pieces of metal, 2x2x2, you all custom cut them from your “leftover “ pile for a very low price. Now that is customer service. In the lobby, I don’t recall who took care of me, but he and the other associate were very professional, friendly and great.
