Availability
The online menu is super easy to work from. The UI is straight forward. The metal Supermarket library is pretty big, and so finding what I typically need is easy. The store customer service is friendly and knowledgeable. I have never had a bad experience. When I come to pick up my order, I’ve rarely had to wait more than 5 minutes. The prices are very reasonable- in my opinion.
Everybody that I have worked with at the Roseville location has been amazingly, friendly and exceedingly helpful, I actually enjoy the process of picking up steel, I look forward to it.
Walter in the Providence location is quick to respond. All purchases are handled expertly. Would 100% recommend them.
