The process of ordering (as a new customer) was very quick and simple.

I have only two issues for the whole process
1. Delay in receiving Stainless Steel plates, ordered on 19th March delivery was made on 27th March by DX
2. I have had no response to request made (31st March) for Stainless-Steel plate certificate of analysis or certificate of conformance for our records.
