I love this place and it has never done me wrong until my last haircut. I accidentally scheduled for the wrong barber. The other barber that I usually get was unfortunately busy after I realized what I had done. I went with the person I had originally scheduled because I was in a time crunch to get my hair done and the cut was not up to expectations. I asked for a skin fade and an edge up. The fade was one of the worst ones I got. The guy said he would be able to do it for me and it wasn’t right at all. I never complain but it’s my hair and I had an important event to be at that night. I ended up having to go to another shop to get it fixed. The fade was uneven and the lines were not blended in at all. My edge was not even straight and I never got a mirror to look at my cut to criticize it. I did call and talk to somebody about getting a refund. I don’t want to knock the place over one bad experience because this place is amazing but if the fella couldn’t produce the cut he could’ve just saved me the time and I would’ve went somewhere else for that day.
