Rose is truly one of a kind and a master of her craft. She makes my day every time I go in for a haircut. The whole staff is amazing, the vibe is cool and welcoming, and I always feel like I can fully be myself there. There’s so much laughter and good energy every time, and I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. I don’t recommend anything I don’t truly love and believe in, so when people ask about my hair, I always tell them where to go and who to see. Plus, you get stickers, which is just the cherry on top.

Meeting Asia as a barber was the best thing to happen to me and my husband this past weekend. Her style, her energy, and her skills are top tier! I’ve been unhappy with several other people cutting my hair over the last two years. Now I know who I will be returning to each time! This was my son‘s first haircut at a real barbershop. Ernesto listened to my son and gave him the exact haircut he asked for, and my son loves it.
Jason did an excellent job, and really went above and beyond. He listened closely and worked to help me envision the best cut for me, and then took extra time to adjust the cut to best suit my needs and the characteristics of my hair. It was one of the best styling experiences I’ve ever had.

I like that I was able to schedule online. My son’s cut turned out with very straight edges and while we waited about 10 minutes, the cut didn’t take long. I did schedule a shampoo using the first time customer free code and I realized after he didn’t get that service. Hopefully we can use it another time or my other son can when he gets his hair done there.
The service is good, and the people are friendly.

Madison was awesome on all fronts. The vibe in the shop is good. The artwork on the exterior at the Dr. Phillips location is great. Again, Madison gave me the best haircut I have ever had, followed by the best wash with the hot towel on my face was special. Neck shave, wow! Five star experience for sure. Madison, aka Maddy, is my go to for haircuts forever!

Whether I come in last minute or have an appointment on the books, she makes every effort to help make my experience great. It’s a good vibe in the store-not all Floyd’s have that- and everyone seems like they are very happy with where they work.
She’s also great with color! I’ve always been very traditional with my hair, which she does so well, but she took me pink in the pandemic and it was thrilling. Now I’m back to just covering my roots and greys but I know that the pink’s under there making me glow from within.
