Dealt with the store manager at Park Royal, placing an order by phone. He was knowledgeable, efficient, very helpful and set out a timeframe for delivery which was adhered to. Slight hiccup with missing item when delivered but this was remedied quickly and manager went above and beyond to get the missing items to us without delay.

When I came into your company I needed advice which I got from Aaron. He was brilliant. I came away with exactly what I needed, cut to manageable sizes ( my husband and I are in our seventies) and his knowledge. I also enquired about hobby came which you don't carry but Aaron went online and found links for it which he emailed me with. He went over and above with his time and effort. Thank you
