The service provised was exceptional. I had never been before. Starting out on some welding for my van. Wasnt sure about how to purchase sheet metal. The staff were informative and helpful and very reasonable on aquiring the right stuff. This was all 10mins before closing time as well.

All my transactions with Metal Supermarket Govan have been pleasant and smooth. The wide range of metals available is great for all my engineering projects, and the offcuts section that you are free to peruse at your leisure is great for picking up small pieces or materials you didn't know you needed.

Thus far we have found provided materials to be of a good quality and the service to be outstanding!!! (shout out to Andy).
My singular criticism would be to include a note on your website saying that although dimensions can be specified for the material being ordered, they tend to be rough estimates. In the past I specified dimensions and their tolerance was significant (+/- 2mm due to cuts not being square). This is ok as the cost difference is marginal but noting it would be very useful to ensure the material is not wasted.

What a great company! I know nothing about metal and am not in the trade. Everyone I spoke to hear was so friendly and helpful, talked me through the options and prices on the phone. When I dropped in to order and collect the friendly nature and professional, helpful attitudes were immediately obvious. I was made to feel welcome and everyone did all they could to help
When I got home with my steel poles I had a couple of questions and phoned - again nothing was too much trouble and the answered all my questions. My home project is now complete thanks to a really wonderful, helpful and human team!! Thank you
