here is what i dont like waiting on my phone to speak with someone while your phone system goes thru all its prompts and is trying to make me go online which will eliminate another job there but i was dispatched propane for delivery on friday and it was the coldest day so far and someone delivered my propane at approx 730 at night i couldnt have been more happy with the service thank you thank you to the delivery man joe g

I called to have my two propane tanks refilled. Because it had been quite a while, my tanks had been put on abandoned status, but the woman at the office fixed that, then put in a service ticket, and the tanks were filled that afternoon. Very nice, thank you!

Online ordering and prompt deliveries
I have been with stiles fuel from way back in the day when it was Bob and Fred. Maybe
back in 1976, Things have changed over the years, but stiles fuel was always there
when we had a problem.
We all know that things change when small companies merge with a larger co. You become
a number and you don't have the personal contact like a family when the company was small.
We have been a customer for many years and never took on another co. Even when there
cost was lower then stiles.
Question: Do you have records going back that far?
