First and foremost, Karen's customer service went above and beyond. In the transfer to Superior, somehow my email billings did not go through. My account was past due. As a result I contacted Stiles, and Karen helped me unwind the whole situation, and reinstated my email billings, etc. The service over the past few years has also improved. I had a question a year or so back about the piping, the customer service rep. with whom I spoke had a direct and accurate response. Your company's service and customer service has improved vastly over the past few years, and I appreciate that! Thank you.
