There is never enough space in our Accounting Systems to enter the whole name.
I called at 9am to ask about a small, one time need for a metal screen insert for our picker at the Riverway Golf course driving range.
I picked it up on my home from work at 2pm
I appreciate the incredible turn around time, the positive tone from the person taking the order and to the fellows who directed me to pick up on my first visit.

The staff that answer calls speak clearly, politely, and knowledgeably. The shop is always clean and organized. On site service is prompt. The delivery service is appreciated. For account sales it would be nice to have the minimum order for free delivery at $250 instead of $500. I would purchase more if the shop was located closer to our shop in Campbell Heights. With Metal Mart closing there 64th Ave location there is no metal supplier south of Port Kells. Someone is going to capitalize on this opportunity. Metal Supermarket should consider the potential of becoming THE south Surrey metal supplier.
Brian F is always prompt with his replies and quotes and you mostly always have what I need in stock. Delivery is quick and the whole process is fairly painless!
Huge selection, usually have what I need in stock and the guys always get my jobs cut and ready for pickup within an hour or two of me calling it in. I also really enjoy being in a first name basis with most of the staff.

Fast and friendly. However, I wish as a school I could spend a little less for delivery... instead of 500, maybe 350? Or 400? With the way our accounting works it causes issues to spend larger amounts per transaction. Otherwise, Metal Supermarket is my usual go to, and typically the first place I recommend.
