Excellent customer service on telephone and in-person at front desks. Friendly, helpful, always acknowledges customers upon entry and always informs customer why the customer has to wait before being attended to...eg. "just finishing off an order, will be right with you." Quality workmanship with cuts and custom design orders. Never had any issue until recently when half our metal order was not fulfilled. The front took ownership of the error but unfortunately that delayed our work project by a week. In these circumstances (apparently the order was mis-read), it is customarily that the business offer a compensation.
Really fortunate that Metal Supermarket is open to retail clients, has on-site fabrication and large inventory.

I was very satisfied with my recent experience with Metal Supermarket in Edmonton. I needed some specialty metal and was in need of some custom cutting of it so that i could fit into my truck box. All my needs were properly met while I waited. Very convenient!

You have a place in the market for the product quantity you are able to supply. The fact that you can cut and shear to size at your shop and have materials readily available is great. Customer service is also great.
From the moment I made first phone call to inquire about what I was looking for, just two small pcs of aluminium, i was treated like an important customer. I placed my order and proceeded to jump in car to go pickup. My order was ready and nicely even wrapped in plastic which was definitely a step above and beyond.
