The staff are very friendly and helpful and usually have what I need in stock. Sometimes I even get them to bend or hole punch stuff for me and they are more than happy to do it.

I submitted a request for a quote on 4 pieces of 12"x12" steel baseplate with pre-drilled holes for a personal gazebo project via MetalSupermarket's web contact form, and I received a price quote the same day. I liked that I was able to upload a diagram with my request via the web form. I paid for my order on the phone with their sales department, and the pieces were ready to pick up 2 days later. The pieces were all as specified. Very satisfied. Would definitely recommend.
