I have been to both locations in Edmonton multiple times with odd requests and have always left with exactly what I was looking for. The staff is great at both locations and the prices seem to be a little lower than I was expecting it would cost which is always nice.
I first emailed in explaining what I was looking for. I received a response right away with some options and explanations of the difference between each option. I was given different options for payment as well. I decided to go down to the building in person and everyone was friendly and helpful. I gave my custom measurements and I received my order within minutes, exactly what I wanted. I have already talked to others about my experience.
