Robert King was excellent to work with as he took the time to understand my project and gave advice on how my replacement Garage Floor Drain could be made. Robert took my hand drawn diagram and refined it with more detail so that the the West End manufacturing team would understand what I needed to be made. When I picked up the metal floor drain from the West end shop a few days later it was made to my exact specification and fit like a glove. Excellent customer service and I would not hesitate to come back to the Metal Supermarket for my next project. Job Well Done!

They were able to source the correct size of metal I required for the job, unfortunately the first delivery was damaged. But what impressed me was how quick and willing Branden the assistant manager was at resolving my issue and providing a new piece of metal promptly. He delivered outstanding customer service in helping resolve the issue and excellent communication. I would expect with this level of work ethic and pride in one’s job to advance later on to manager. Nice work Branden and the whole team.
