The staff was very helpful in getting my order bent and having it ready for me to pick up . The area that has precut items is great, i will be back to get more metal .
Cutting the metal to size for free is the reason that I buy from you.
One problem is that we often buy flat bar that is 3/8 or 1/2" thick and it gets cut to length with the shear. With this thickness, the shear smudges the edge badly. We have requested that the bar be cut with the chop saw or band saw but that note does not get passed along.
