Good selection
The service was awesome. I bought a U channel expecting a certain size. I did not know how U channels were measured. They quickly took that one back and made me one to fit my needs right there on the spot. I only waited 1/2 hour. They were great.
Every time I've been to a Metal Supermarket it's been a good experience. You employees are organized and seem to be engaged and aware of good customer service (i.e.: if a customer is there for a pickup and is just waiting for the material they help other customers in line waiting rather than waiting until the material arrives for the guy who is just waiting). Having employees engaged in good customer service is value added and a rarity these days. I hope you pay your employees properly and acknowledge good service. Most people like me HATE the indifference and incompetence many other businesses live with . I don't mind paying more to suppliers that don't waste my time and can do business in a pleasant and efficient manner.
