I also appreciate your ability to provide product from a cut list. For us smaller operators not having to handle full sheets and lengths can be the difference between making a project or not.
I've had to write some scripts that run in my browser in order to filter some of your options for my needs, one such script tells me the inner diameter of Tube's and Pipe's on offer, this would be a helpful addition when shopping for pieces on tight tolerance builds.

Great variety of materials which are usually in stock.
very knowledgeable staff and they were great to work with, yes i had a super easy order of 1/4' plate cut to 2 feet wide. and 8 ft long. the reason its only a 9 is because 2 of the sheet were 2ft and 1/4 wide. So i had to trim them to the 2 ft.
