The oakville location has excellent customer service and they are fast. They make you feel even though you may be a walk in person with a small order that you are a priority..I have been going for many years and never disappointed

I stopped in to see what they offer, and was met with a great and generous offer to show me around. The Laser-cutting guru was my guide, and he showed me areas of different varieties of metal, and "the back room". That is the room for me - an artist looking for things for my studio and for exterior places around my new home and garden-to-be.
Some items are "stock" and some are off-cuts sold by the quantity or by the pound.
They were helpful and not over-sales-y, so I could browze, choose and pay.
