Liz gave me an excellent haircut. I was very pleased with her performance. I DO NOT like the Sport Clips reservation system! The system is ok if you decide that you need a haircut in the next hour or two but would be much more helpful for day planning if you could make your appointment for a time more suitable for yourself, like making an appointment at 10:00 to get your hair cut at 3:30 pm. The current system most often requires the customer to make the appointment then rush to the shop to arrive for the cut. This is less than satisfactory.
My stylis was awesome n very understanding about my hair situation. She made me look hman again.
First reaction when entering store was cleanness. Second was the staffing was excellent as store was very busy. There was no wait. I was immediately greeted and sat in a chair. Service by Lauren was excellent and she was informative throughout the service. I will be back for sure because of the skill level Lauren possessed. Additionally the enthusiasm and friendliness of Lauren during the service was unmatched. Great job!

Pinky is the absolute best! I’ve been going to this location for almost 4 years and I’ve never seen her have a bad day. The conversations are always upbeat and professional. As a senior manager, I would absolutely love to have a personality like Pinky on my team and find a way to use her energy and knowledge in other stores.
