Great experience overall! I checked in online, which does require creating an account with a password, phone number, and verification (a bit of a hassle at first) but once that was done, the check-in process was super simple and straightforward.
When I arrived, I just typed in my phone number, and within about 2–3 minutes someone was ready to take me. Liz was my stylist, and she was very polite, professional, and easy to talk to. She offered me the MVP haircut, which is free for first-time customers (something I didn’t even know about, they could definitely advertise that more because it’s a great perk).
Liz asked exactly what kind of haircut I wanted, how much I wanted trimmed, and clearly understood what I was going for. She did a spectacular job, I’m very happy with the results.
Regular haircut was $25, I tipped $10. The MVP haircut is normally in the $30 range, so that first-time free offer is an awesome bonus. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I enjoy the streamlined service from the greeting to the exit. The staff at the location I use on HWY 337 in New Braunfels is impeccable. I have searched for years to find a stylist who can get my cut and beard just the way my wife and I like it. Lauren is that person. She always has a delightful attitude and continually cuts my beard and hair with precision. Thank you.
