Everything is great with the shop. However, the AP still needs work. When I use the ap to get a stylist of my choice. I see her availability and the see what the wait time is. I live 20 minutes from the nearest SC. So timing is strategic. Several occasions when I show up, the stylist has already added appointments in front of me, even though I arrived before the 30 minute window. This has happened twice - with 2 different locations. I just want the stylist to respect the time frame.

the service is great the people are very nice and do a wonderful job. you are able to go first availble or you can pick out one stylist if they are on the list.
