I'm not familiar with the products however the services are good. The stylists(?) tend to be dedicated to customer service and cutting hair like the customer wants. I DON'T like the reservation system! I would much prefer being able to make an appointment for 11:30 at 8:00 in the morning instead of making an appointment at 10:00 for 10:15 and having to rush to the location!

Good service for a reasonable price
I drive down from Kyle, TX to see Concha. She is a kind person and does an exceptional job on my haircuts. I have always gotten a good cut from her.
The staff is incredibly friendly, and I’ve never had any issues with my haircuts.
We can always get an appointment by walking in. The stylists are great and treat my 12-year-old well. They ask questions to be sure they give him the cut he wants.
