An excellent experience from start to finish. The ability to get yourself on the batting order before arriving makes it very easy, regardless of where you're coming from.
Stylists are very friendly, yet professional. The massage chairs and scalp massage are fantastic. They do their best to insure you are happy with your experience. I just wish the facility was classified as a "barber shop", so the trained individuals would be allowed to use straight razors.
