Laila definitely takes the time to understand the cut/trim I want and doesn't pressure the add-ons which honestly makes me more likely to come back and to use those hair products in the future. She is also energetic and knowledgeable about the products and engaging while sitting there staring at myself in a mirror.

Have been there twice had my hair cut by someone different each time and was pleased both times. I feel like I could go in any given day and be comfortable with who's cutting my hair. Also both times I was asked if I would like the extras like hot towel or shampoo and neck n shoulder massage. Visited the hagerstown, maryland location.
