I will admit that I didn't make it to water aerobics this past winter, but I am so excited to have the outdoor pool open!!! It's what summer is all about!!! Thanks to all personnel who make it happen, especially the life guards!!!

Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Water Aerobics with Al is a wonderful program. He makes exercise and fitness fun!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

The Y offers many classes and activities even for a senior citizen such as myself. It is kept clean and the staff continues to wipe down machines to ensure safety for everyone. You can work as hard as you want or just get in a good sweat, it is especially rewarding to see how the Y supports the local community.
