The Y has talented and fun instructors and programs for all age groups and many time slots to choose from. And an indoor and outdoor walking track. You are welcomed by a friendly staff each time you come to work out. The lobby has seating for relaxing with friends or catching up on a read or puzzle before class. I appreciate the continuing facility updates and the cleanliness of the building. I’ve been a member for years and enjoy the time I spend there.

Plenty of ways to work out and stay in shape
The best thing is that I can work around my schedule, I can use your tracks at any time and the weight room is always available. There is always a staff member to help you if you have a problem or if you would like to learn how to use a new piece of equipment. The girls at the reception desk make my day and you will not find a nicer group of people that show real Christian kindness and consideration.
The pool and comraderie with other swimmers and lifeguards.
My criticism would be that the structural problems of the building, streets that surround Central are a serious persistent problem. You do pay attention to these but the building feels unsound and this needs some serious concern by those high up in the command chain.

The exercise rooms, men’s locker, equipment, pools, saunas are always available and clean.
Absolutely the best class is Reformer with Debbie Mirone. She individualizes the program for each participant. She is an asset to your facility.
