The variety of exercise equipment is great. I use the treadmill and bike plus a couple of the machines along the wall for different parts of the body. I appreciate the different programs like the classes for people with diabetes, very informative. Years back I enjoyed Silver Sneakers also. Thank you for all that you do for us.

Carl Larosa who is my personal trainer. Everything we're doing is paying of for me personally. All YMCA personnel is so professional and kind. It motivates me to reach my goals and to do it in community!

I love the spinning classes and the body pump classes. Haven't tried any other classes so far.

I love the machines, and separate tv's for the treadmills. Staff is very nice and friendly, facilities are clean and well cared for. Having a chapel is great too! I would highly recommend this Y to anyone.
You have a wide variety of activities for the whole family. All programs are accessible and staff is very friendly.
About Boardman, Ohio YMCA. Good facilities, great staff, great members, and a great location. I taught for more than 25 years at many YMCAs.
I brought many new members to Y and recommended many potential members. It is essential for individual and community health and wellness.

Central Y is not only a great athletic facility, but it helps those in need and offers an excellent way to make lifelong friends.
The staff is amazing. The girls at the front desk are so patient and friendly. Larry the coordinator has been very professional the whole way through. In addition, the one staff member that I would really like to give praise to is Larry Trombitis. I have actually built a great relationship with Larry T. Larry is a gem. He helped train my 13-year-old son (now 14), through the jump start program. Larry has demonstrated the core values of the YMCA. The words that exemplify those values can be found on a cross that hangs in the chapel. It states, "mind, body, and spirit". I have noticed that Larry really cares about the development of young minds and spirituality. If we had more people like Larry T. the world would be a better place. I also cannot leave out Pastor AJ, and Dante. Those guys are great too. Really all the staff members are great.
While, I’m certain there are plenty of gym options available to the public, you enroll at the “Y” for this type of community atmosphere. As a family business owner, I have been able to make connections and network with like minded members. This is why I continue my support.

Variety of programs and classes. Which there were more to choose from for adults. Would love to see clearer instructions or details about some activities like pickleball (when, who, is equipment provided or not), youth activities (LEGO club).
The HIIT Class at 6am on Monday and Wednesday is awesome, great instructor
The pools are great ! Only reason I go there !
