The Y has been a part of my life for 45 years. There is a nice variety of classes to chose from.
Just really use the treadmills and workout machines. Have played pickelball but that's about all of the activities that i am interested in. Would like to see the therapy pool have more free time for general use!

use the hot tub and rowing machine. It's my "one-stop-shop" for exercising.

Everyone is welcome at the Y. All ages, all levels of fitness, all religions, all races are equally welcome.

Inter reactions with people was better at one time we still have a nice sitting area but they took the coffee away it was the drawing card that brought a lot of inter reaction and introduction’s amongst members united we seem to move forward most ymcas throughout the country I’ve been to seem promote a gathering area with light refreshments goes along way to unite people
