Instructors are great, frequent class time make it easy to take a class around busy schedule. Location is easy to get to and the studio is always clean.
Professional and caring instruction
The Arlington class consistently offers an excellent experience. The instructors and staff are knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The studio is always clean and well supplied. And the general atmosphere is very inviting.
However, with the latest schedule, there are now classes with 15 minute breaks in between. This is not adequate time for the staff to wipe/dry the floor from the previous class and not enough time for the arriving customers to settle in and acclimate. It is very rushed.

Very friendly people. I love how the yoga instructors try to help you improve on technique. I also like that the instructors seem to care about every individual to form a connection.
I like the consistency in regards to the class workout. Everyone is on the same page, no matters whose
class you attend, it gives the student an opportunity to learn easier.
Your staff made it very easy for me considering I've never done yoga before. Very helpful and answered lots of questions for me. The leaders in the class did a great job of describing what I should be doing and made me feel very comfortable about not being able to do it all.

The instruction is great. The postures are tough but I can feel my body strengthening each time I attend a class and that is the goal for me.

60 minute classes at 5:30am, friendly well trained teachers, and a clean studio.
the people are friendly & great. opportunity to attempt to stay fit % flexible when away from home. the positive results achieved. the instructions given. the temperature % humidity etc etc--also--the massage programs.
