Classes and instructors,
The instructors are well experienced and guide you in breathing, movement, and awareness of your body and mind. Everyone is encouraged to get stronger where they need to be. I like the inferno Pilates class for more core and less heated workout.The studio is extremely clean, great showers, yoga wear, water and hydration drinks available. Nicole, who works the front, is super attentive and great personality. Love the owners, Stacey and LaDonna.
Everyone is so kind and non-judgy. I just love coming. If I may say one thing I've noticed an increase in whispers. A reminder to respect the silence of the room?

I like that the staff is very friendly and cares. I see that all staff wants to see each individual succeed! I felt so welcomed my first time. I even cried after my first 90 minute session. The staff saw me crying and quickly came to my side and were there for me to give me comfort and words of encouragement! I am so thankful for such a loving staff! It makes all the difference! I love that during the sessions each instructor cares about their students so much to give words of encouragement to everyone! Its fabulous!
