Everything! Love the classes and love the instructors. Please,please bring back Brad!!! His energy is contagious and he makes you work harder. Also can we give the Pilates class a try again? I am sure it will be a hit since everyone wants to be "summer ready." Other than that, everything is great. Thank you.

I like everything and also how you fold the polybags in a small triangle to be used in the locker rooms :-)

What do you like about our services?

I've been coming for a long time. Yoga is a journey. The veteran teachers can still teach students that have been coming a long time something new. There are many times I hear something or learn something that will help my yoga practice or my life in general from Stacey or Ladonna. I like that they continue to learn so they can help us to continue to learn.
