The things I love are...
Location, friendly/caring staff, teachers, clean bathrooms/showers, clean yoga room, the class schedule, the yoga community/yogis, positive environment, perkville, variety of classes- 90, 60, yin. Would love for HI to come back to Arlington for fall (preferably at 5:30am on Mondays) 😊. But it's ok if that can't happen. I'm always happy when I come to yoga in Arlington.
The staff is very knowledgeable & always professional as well as super friendly.

The quality of the teachers. They take care of students and keep them safe. I always feel better after class.
I love the teachers and the teachers' respect for the students. I love the feel I get when I come to yoga at Arlington and Grapevine. It's joyful, light and breezy. And welcoming and friendly.
I do wish there were more 90 minute class offerings. Although I do understand the need and the financial reasons for the 60, I would like two options for a 90 minute in a day. I think that there are only 2 days that have 2 90s whereas there are multitudes of choices for the 60.

The staff and instructors were world class, it was my first time visiting the studio and they made me feel right at home. The facilities were also perfect, I was able to shower and freshen up after my class feeling super refreshed and rejuvenated.

i enjoy LaDonna's class (and some others whose names I don't remember). Her experience shows through her relaxed pace and timing.
Some of the other teachers (newbies maybe) talk too much and too fast. While my body begins to relax through class, my mind has to stay running on high to absorb the barrage of information.

Friendly staff & great classes
Wonderful yoga studio. It was heated just right for my taste, very clean and the class turnout was fantastic! Love to practice with a dedicated group. Teacher was wonderfully measured and inspiring. Felt every add on to dialogue was constructive corrections/instructions to almost anyone's practice.
Outside the heated room the lockers were clean and roomy. The waiting area's atmosphere was very soothing. It had plenty of seating for students to converse and relax prior to and/or after class.
Great teachers and facilities.
The instructors are very informative and give you pointers on how to do the different poses with ease. The employees are very welcoming
