The staff is friendly and makes an effort to help most of the time.
However, when the therapeutic pool had to be closed because someone had an accident in the water, a sign should have been posted on the front door. We cannot use the uncovered pool because we can't be in the sun. That's why we joined the club in the first place, because of the covered pool.
Posting a sign would have been a curtesy to members that no one thought of.

The facility is spacious and complete, the staff courteous, and the pool deck is a wonderful refuge in warm weather.

Greenhaven has a small intimate feel about it. I’ve been a member of this club for almost 30 years. Even though I live a mile from the Laguna Calfit, I still drive to Greenhaven three days a week for my classes! Keep up the good work Calfit staff!

It has everything you need, it's clean, and it's hardly busy

Always clean, no pressure workout environment, with real people just trying to stay in shape. Not a meat market, or steroid fest of screaming power lifters.

Plenty of equipment available, cleanest of facility, and diversity of groups activities.

So far, I've just taken part in water aerobics. The instructors are very good at providing a well rounded program, and watching that each of us is performing the movements correctly so as not to injure ourselves.
The office staff are very helpful when I call and have questions, and very friendly when I am on site.

I love my time with my personal trainer. I’ve been working out with her for several years now. I feel confident that I’m getting the best workout without injuries. I have knee and back problems and Tiana at CalFit on Bond Rd in Elk Grove knows how to adjust my workouts to get the best out of each one. She watches to make sure I’m in good form so I don’t get injured. She’s the best!

Other than that, I like that CalFit has so much to offer; classes, pools, hot tub, steam room and so much more.

Low key. Less of the typical “meat head” mentality. I can cruise in, knock out my workout, equipment is usually available, and head out.

The facility is clean, well maintained, and has a large number of machines, cardio and free weights. Occasionally the paper towels and hand sanitizers are out, and this seems to be after a weekend. Of course it is always difficult to get the occasional machine "camper" who spends more time texting than actually working out, and this is why I appreciate multiple options for working out. Thanks

The classes. However, many of the classes are too full. Many times there is not enough equipment and the classes are so crowded that someone can easily step on a weight or bar and cause damage. It is also a fire hazard. This is primarily at the Watt club. I’ve been in yoga in which someone’s foot is literally 2 inches from my face.

Staff are friendly. Sufficient equipment available though when a piece breaks to long a repair cycle. Hours are great. Racquet courts well maintained. Workout can be done expeditiously when required.

More Barre classes please. The schedule is really lacking in Barre. Jessica is a great group exercise instructor.
