Areas of improvement: cleaning the floors of the showers in women's locker room. Making sure all lockers are operational because sometimes they're all locked. Or the mechanism doesn't work. Are that many really rented out? And please fix the internal spa once and for all - it is a hazard being covered with plywood.
Add cameras outside - especially in tennis court parking lot to deter theft.
Basketball gym, shower and steam room.

The staff is first rate. They are welcoming and have been very patient with the resrictions placed on members and their, sometimes negative, reactions.
Clean and spacious. Unless I have missed it, you do need a machine that works neck muscles.

The environment os peaceful and everyone is very nice.
Friendly staff, including kids club staff. The club is always clean and even when it’s busy I can find equipment to use. Personal trainers are great as well. I’m looking forward to when they get to expand the classes; I’ve been to only one yoga class so far but it was a great workout.

I like the variety of equipment, hours, steam room, sauna and Jacuzzi. Staff are friendly and helpful. Very convenient location for us. Very happy CFF accepts our Medicare Advantage United Healthcare insurance so we no longer have to pay.
The Folsom facility is clean although many of the soap dispensers in the women's bathroom are empty. I can appreciate the fact that the facility is run well even though you are very short staffed. It's a difficult time for businesses.
