People in the club are very friendly always clean facilities in air-conditioned we loved being a member however we are moving and unfortunately you guys are not located in the state of Oregon

The staff are friendly and helpful. The music played on the gym floor is good. The locker room is kept clean. Thank you, Guadalupe! The classes are good, but I do wish there were more classes offered. Yes, I am that somewhat lazy person who enjoys going to a class where all I have to do is show up and try. The class instructors take care of varying the routine so I never get bored and am always challenged. Some of the gym equipment is showing wear, but is still functional and kept in working order. It also means that it is being used! The Racquetball courts are a plus for me. But, Pickleball courts would be a good addition. Hint. Hint. Lastly, I appreciate the gym is open long hours because I can definitely fit in my workouts with these hours: Monday - Thursday 4:30 AM - 10 PM; Friday 4:30 - 8 PM; Saturday & Sunday 7AM - 7 PM.

It’s close to me and Starbucks. Lol. I wish it had additional dressing rooms tho and I wish my app would work properly.

The front desk employees have been excellent. The club is the best maintained of the clubs I frequent with the exception of those who forget to bring their mother to pick up after them and leave trash on the floors. The showers are clean, the floors are frequently mopped and the courts are well maintained.

Fsmily Fitness was great I only used limited exercise equipment 3xweek for less than 40 min total
I have not been there for 2 years had not realized my dues had increased …I have Kaiser employment and can access equipment only program for 35 / month with different facility without initation fee if I act in next 2 months … that’s reason for my decision
I looked at my bill because I was victimized by credit card fraud and had to review charges …that’s the reason for my decision I can get a better value elsewhere

Needs more maintenance of equipment, specifically monitors on cardio do not work on North side upper level. TV monitors are not consistent with channeling hanging from ceiling.

After 16+ years I know where everything is and it’s a relatively great environment. However, the steam room and sauna are hit and miss. Sometimes they work perfectly, sometimes - not at all. Plus, the stench of human bodies has gotten worse over the years

CFF is always clean and bright. Equipment is well maintained and plenty of options. The pool area and pools themselves are always well maintained and sparkling clear.
Showers and locker rooms are well maintained and well stocked. The staff is always cheerful and helpful.
