Staff are still there! And they are still friendly.
Group fitness classes, although less, there are a variety still available.

Even though I gave a 10, I am not satisfied with:
1. Folsom Saturday Zumba instructor has been and is always late.
2. Sunrise and Folsom Group fitness rooms are not cleaned and serviced regularly.

The selection of equipment and that exercises classes are offered unlike the CH location.

It’s very clean and you repair equipment in a very timely manner. I love all the classes, you really do need a few more ujam classes that would be great

This gym is clean, offers incredible classes headed by enthusiastic and knowledgeable instructors. I have been with Cal Fit since the start and love the family environment as well as the strategic ways they have weathered the pandemic. For me, I believe the management and staff really do keep the customer a priority and do their best to offer the amenities that can help their customers’ fitness journey reach success.

I like its convenient location and the staff, variety of equipment and big various pools. The parking lots is huge, also. The area inside and outside is kept clean and the air is very fine to breathe.

Great gym. great peeps. I enjoy everything, the staff I appreciate their hard work and efforts even when dealing with difficult customers. one thing I would like to see, is instead of having CNN and the view (which discourages people from doing cardio). that you would put on channels conducive to working out. example: Cross fit games, any kind of sports. maybe even put up some exercise and workout out video's.

It's a happy place! Great staff and there are always machines available even when it's packed. I know businesses are still recovering from the Covid lock-downs but I'd like to see a few more classes.

Best gym in Sacramento. Good equipment, friendly atmosphere, and the best employees. The best spot to actually get a workout in.

Not a crazy loud environment. Also, the wiping down of machines seems to be high on everyone's list which is great. Plenty of machines so you are never waiting.
